| Qualification & Experience | Essential:1. Master's degree in Agricultural / Botany / Chemistry or Rubber / Polymer Technology. 2. Ten years experience in Human Resource Development in Goverment / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings/Limited companies, of which at least five years should be in a senior position. Desirable: 1. Postgraduate degree/Diploma in Management of a recognised Institute / University. 2. Experience in planning, organising and implementing training programmes related to rubber. 3. Doctorate degree in any of the above subjects. |
