| Qualification & Experience | Essential: A.Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate Degree in any branch of Agriculture / Botany/ Chemistry/Rubber Technology.
B. Twelve years research experience in planning, organizing and guiding research in any branch of the above subjects as evidenced by published papers in peer reviewed scientific journals, of which seven years experience should be after Doctorate degree.
Desirable: A. Experience as Head of a Research Division, preferably dealing with perennial agricultural crops. B. Experience of sound research administration. C. Knowledge of modern methods of extension techniques |
