Can a student undergoing the course apply for the posts?
No.The candidate should possess valid certificate to prove the eligibility at the time of application itself.

What is Equivalent qualification? Why Equivalency Certificate is to be
produced?
Equivalent qualification means, any qualification which is equal to the essential
qualification noted in the advertisement. In order to prove the equivalency of the
qualification other than those specifically mentioned as essential qualification in
the notification, the candidate shall submit an equivalency certificate, issued by
the ICAR/UGC accredited Universities/ Directorate of Technical Education or any
other competent Government Institution

Whether period of present service is to be mentioned in the NOC in those cases
where the applicant is a Government/Autonomous Body/Public Sector
Undertaking?
Yes. If an applicant is presently employed, his/her period of service in the
present employment shall be mentioned in the NOC.

Whether seniority of other Central Government/Rubber Board employees will be protected?
No. They will be considered as a fresh recruitee and their position will be as per the rank list of the present selection. However, their previous service will be counted for all other purpose, as per rules.

Whether Rubber Board employees have to furnish NOC ?
No. Rubber Board employees shall upload the Identity Card issued by the Board.

Uploading of photo
Photo should be passport size with white background (Maximum size : 30 KB,
Image Dimension : 150W x 200H pixels, Image Type : JPG). Selfie-photos shall
not be uploaded.

Examination fee, mode of remittance, fees exemption etc.
For Group A posts – Rs.1500/-, Group B – Rs.1000/- and Group C – Rs.500/- (including
GST for each post) will be payable as Examination Fee through on-line mode.
Separate application and fee will be required for each post / discipline. Fee paid by any
other mode will not be accepted. Women candidates and candidates belonging to
Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Persons with Benchmark
Disabilities (PwBDs) are exempted from payment of fee. Fee once paid will not be
refunded under any circumstances. Duplicate payments, if any, will be refunded after
completion of the recruitment process.
